Good question! The R5 has a much higher resolution and better autofocus tracking. If you're doing a lot of detailed work or high-action photography, it could be worth it.
I've been using the EOS R6 for a few months now, and I love the autofocus system. It handles fast action like sports really well! The image stabilization also helps a lot in handheld shooting.
