    • I've had great results shooting at 120fps for slow-motion. It really captures all the details when things get fast-paced.

      For action sports, 60fps is a good balance for smooth footage, while 120fps is excellent for that dramatic slow-motion effect. Just remember, higher frame rates will take up more storage.
