Fits onto my 2021 specialized sl6 power saddle perfectly as a light adapter. As another review noted, the go pro mount can also be used to easily put a light on (I use the trek / bontrager lights and attachments). Needed a go pro quarter turn to have it the right way.

No room to use thumb screws. Must use hex head bolt. So not easily adjustable.

If you have a power seat and can’t find a spot for your varia radar, this can be a perfect fit. I noticed that another reviewer had a saddle bag they were not willing to part with and they came up with a creative solution with a GoPro mount under the saddle. In my case, the power seat has a mount in the back that this screws into and works much better for me. Using this mount, a quarter turn GoPro extension and a Garmin flange mount I was able to mount the Varia easily. Knocking off a star because it doesn’t have a tight grip on the flange so you may find that the gopro or other device moves around a bit when you hit a bump.
