1.) SOUND QUALITY- The sound quality on the camera itself is not great BUT, once a video is viewed through the phone or any other device -the sound quality is excellent.
2.) FREEZES- The camera may freeze every once in a while. To fix this is easy considering all you have to do is remove the SD Card and hold the power button until the camera turns off. Once the camera is unfrozen, you can then proceed to place the SD card back in the camera.
Overall this is a great camera and even though it may seem like the quality of the sound and the video are of lower grade,but once viewed on a phone or other device both are excellent.
The E-Commerce Hero7 came with the protective case, charger cable, camera, two sticker mounts and the screw to fasten the camera to the mount

Purchased this item and all is great except it did not come with the charger. How do I get that?

I thought it didn’t come in the housing as it is not advertised on the ad but it does. Unfortunately I had already bought a separate one from a different seller.
Works like it should and had no problems with the camera in any of the many modes. Touch screen works perfectly and so does the video stabilisation. The voice commands work most the time you just need to be very clear but they are very handy to have.
The extra battery is a must as you don’t get a long battery life if you are constantly turning it on and off.
I bought a seperate 256gb sd card which has given me up to 8 hours of video storage. The camera does not come with one so don’t buy it without already having or ordered an sd card!

The issues I have had.
1. First I will say I am very disappointed in the picture quality. Comparing the video to the video on my phone which is a Android there is no comparison Meaning the android is way better
2. The camera seems to lock up a good bit.
3. I have the gopro app but it loses connection a lot.
4. It seems to only be good for close up. For example. I video a room if you are 20 feet away from a TV you can barely make out the picture. The video on my phone you can see the picture great.
I do like the app for operating the camera and editing videos but honesty I would no have bought this camera had I known how poor it preforms. I am no tech savvy so I could be missing something but not likely.

Es una excelente cámara, muy buena calidad de foto y video. El problema es que se calienta mucho, la baterÃa solo llega a durar 1 hora. No viene con memoria SD. Pero es una cámara muy buena para grabar e incluso para transmitir en directo.

Im not happy with my purchase, first off there was no instruction manual included for my go pro. With initial inspection I find that some parts look used, I don’t understand how the product arrived with zero documentation it’s making me question why I purchased under the assumption I was purchasing a NEW go pro. The box it cane with labels it as new but clearly not the case.
*amazon took down my initial review that included the pictures to support why I’m not happy with my purchase, unnecessary censorship so I’m going to repost*

Fairly easy to use and love the voice commands. Fair Picture and video quality but the door that covers the USB plugs is pure cheap garbage. Mine arrived broken and GoPro did replace it but at $20 a piece I can tell you right now I will be buying extras. Without the door it’s not water resistant and you have to remove the door in order to use the frame with it plugged into power. Also the battery is not replaceable without sending it in for repair. If you are looking for an inexpensive action camera better values are readily available.
