It seems to only record in short increments of time (less than 10 min at a time). It doesn’t come with any readable or helpful instructions. It’s easy enough to figure out if you take the time to figure it out. I am upset that the water proof case that came with it was all scratched up in the package. This messes with the picture quality and there doesn’t seem to be a way to sufficiently mount the camera without it.

I am a Mac user. Once you have taken images or movies, you cannot get them out of the camera. The SD card is incompatible with Mac and the app does not work on phone or Mac. Completely useless. Impossible to connect the camera via any of the apps even with the one recommended by the camera.
Wich I could get my money back.

The Golkee 4K Wi-Fi action camera met my expectations. I purchased mine for my active grandson and he is thrilled with it. I have purchased
cheaper models but they do not compare to the performance of the Gnolkee. I was particularly interested in an action cam with Wi-Fi
capabilities so that he could view his photos and videos on his iPad with the app. This little camera does the job. It is simple to use. With a little
instruction from myself he was able to use it right away on his own. I plan to help him use the various mounting equipment that was included
to video bicycle rides, basketball practices, and underwater photography. I would recommend the Gnolkee 4K Wi-Fi action camera to anyone
who wants a pleasing experience with a device that is simple to use and a great value

This purchase makes me happy. I knew I didn’t get a top of the line camera, but I really like what it does, while providing all the add-ons you could need to put it to use. Perfect!

You get what you pay for and this is cheap and not well made. It comes with 2 batteries and a bunch of accessories, but several key things are just not good. Opening the battery door is difficult and feels like itâs about to break off every time. The SD card slot is fussy, and the card pops out unexpectedly. It does record video and takes pictures, but it does not really capture any sound. There is a microphone, but you must be within 2 inches of it to capture any sound. At a normal distance and normal voice volume, at playback I have my speakers all the way to 100 (max) and you can barely hear anything. I suggest if you plan to capture any audio, do not buy this.

I don’t know this product get check out or not; because I had problem with opening the little panel to the battery. I was trying to open the panel and could not open it. When I finally got the panel open I end up braking the little clip that holds panel closed. Now it won’t stay closed. Never had chance to use it.

Camera works well, but lacks refinement of newer tech. Cannot complain, given the price, and everything is as ordered. No complaints here…
