This camera is a nice starter camera for beginning photographers and cinematopgrahers. After sliding in an SD card it will offer to format the card for you so it is ready for use. The camera is 4K and will give you decent quality for the price. The external microphone gets decent audio (better than the built in one) and offers a few options for capturing audio. The handle attachment makes it easy to go very mobile or get lower angled shots that look awesome. It also has a cool looking lens system attachment. The remote is nice for well, remote operation of the camera, zooming in, recording, etc.
The fact that the camera can plug into a TV makes it say to play video on a system via HDMI that lacks an SD input. Also, the USB port allows the camera to act as a high quality external web camera when it is plugged into a computer. Some computers only have a 720p camera and this will upgrade that setup significantly. Lighting also looks better when it lower light scenarios.
My only main complaints about this camera is the zoom is all digital and not manual. If you zoom while recording, it will act jerky as there is no smooth zoom setting that I’ve found.
I will use the camera primarily as a wide shot backup camera for b-roll shots so it will serve a purpose without breaking the bank. And I can have a decent web camera when not on shoots, which is nice.

Bought for my daughter. Camera is good quality. Light in the hand. Picture is very good as well. It’s simple to use not as complicated as my big brand camera. Very easy to mount on a tripod or just use it normally instead of using the handle. I would recommend it. Good price for what you’re getting.

This is my second video camera. The first one we bought 1 year ago and it still works great. It was a simpler model. Decided to upgrade to this one mainly because of the remote control.The camera comes in a bundle with all sorts of add-ons so you would not likely need to buy anything else. The water proof case is really nice to have for underwater pictures and videos. Since it is waterproof, you does mess with the sound of the video though, but that’s to be expected.The pictures and video are of very decent quality. We bought ours for the vacation, so the plan was for the beach and under water use. Performed really well. The other time we use the camera a lot is as a dash camera. I did purchase a special suction mount for the car and the camera has a setting for “driving mode” that turns on the camera when you start the engine. Pretty neat.Lots of settings to play with but you can customize it to your needs really easy. Very intuitive. The app also works without flaws.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and customer service.It is much cheaper than GoPro but does all I need.

I’m very happy with the 4K Camcorder. I use it to record my sons’ basketball and flag football games. It’s much easier to hold than an iPhone and has better quality and longer recording time. The imagine quality is excellent. It is small, compact, light and comfortable to hold. The handheld stabilizer makes it easy to carry around and film. It is easy to use out of the box. I love the touch screen which makes it easy to edit and delete videos. I highly recommend this video camera.
