How does the Nikon D5 compare to the Canon EOS R5 for fast-paced sports? I’m considering switching from Nikon to Canon.
The Nikon D5 is fantastic for fast-paced sports due to its high-speed continuous shooting and fast autofocus. The Canon EOS R5 also offers great performance, especially in terms of resolution and autofocus technology, but the D5 may still have an edge in burst rate and low-light capabilities.
I’ve been using the Sony Alpha 9 II for a year now for sports photography and it's been a game changer. The burst rate is insane at 20 fps, and the autofocus is crazy fast. I love how I can track players without losing focus even in chaotic scenes. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about sports shooting!
